Saturday, Dec. 7, 2013, Gomen-Kudasai Noodle Shop
Immediately after the annual meeting, which was held from 11:30 am at "Gomen-Kudasai", New Paltz, twenty four members and two guests enjoyed a reunion as they were served hot buck wheat or flour noodles in broth. While exchanging their updates with laughter, the Program Committee held a fund raiser by selling various donated items. Those were mostly given by our members but there were a couple of items donated by non- members. We raised $151.00. We thank you very much for those who generously participated in the fund raiser. This was our last social event of the year as the committee. we would like to thank all of you for your help and encouragement, and most of all, for your faithful participation throughout the year. May you have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year.

２０１３年１２月７日（土），ニューパルツのご麺下さいにて
寒いながらも日の時折差し込む中、恒例の忘年会がニューパルツの“ご麺下さい”にて開催されました。午前１１時半から行われた年次総会の直後にはじまり、季節柄の暖かいそば、またはうどん定食を２６人の参加者（会員２４人、非会員二人）といただきながら日ごろの近況を分かち合いました。余興もかねてさまざまな寄付の品々
が募金集めとして売りに出され、何人もの方々が購入してくださいました。おかげさまで合計＄１５１を得ることができました。心からお礼申し上げます。
プログラム委員会としての担当の会合は、これが最後となります。皆様のこれまでのご協力、ならびに励まし、また特に常時参加してくださった会員の方々に感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。次の機会には、一会員としてまた皆様との笑いを持ち続けたいと思います。では来年もよいお年をお迎えください。 | |
