| | We began with lunch together due to holiday weekend.
We need to have good foundation to start our arrangement, vase, scissors and kenzan (pinholder) to be used most of the time instead of oasis which is one-time use and not environmentally friendly. We need suitable plant materials to talk to, and try to bring out their best beauty angle and devote our time to arrange that gives us peace and tranquility . Some prefer not to cut garden flowers to arrange. I realize they are warm-hearted people but we can make many people enjoy the beauty of plants. Some plants get roots and seeds in our vase. I guess plants will be content to make a lot of people happy by being alive again in the vase even though they are cut from their
roots. I once again realized that "teaching is learning" in this class. I thank those who participated and I thank Wayne for his help
Suzumi Adams. | | ホリデイだったので みんなでお昼を食べそれからはじめました （花より団子） このクラスでは 基礎を固めることが大事で どのクラスでも同じですが用意周到にこしたことはありません。
最低限必要なものは 花器 はさみ 剣山 オアシスを使うこともありますがこれは 一回きりで環境に良くないと思います。材料は使えそうなものを各々もちよつてみんなで選んで使います。
お花は生けている時間を楽しみ自分の世界に没頭できる事が何よりの癒しにつながると思います。人によっては花を切ることに罪悪感を持つ事もあると思いますが花達は切られてもアレンジで再び生きたくさんの人の目を楽しませる事ができるのを喜んでいると思います。
このクラスでも"教える事は学ぶ事"と再確認しています。
