| | It was very hot summer weather yet people came from far and
near. We did free style arrangements as usual.
People who practice flower arrangement have the same basic mind-set
and like to make already beautiful materials more beautiful to create small nature in their containers.
No-one just walk away after they put flower bundle in the container. They check, and re-check, the arrangement to assure the shape meets that flower mind-set.
Anyone can do floral arrangement as it is a natural way for one to interact with nature. We get a lot of benefit from the plants - we learn from them - and they give us a wonderful peace of mind.
Flower arranging is much like any other activity; one needs practice, willingly learn new techniques, and apply them with enthusiasm. This is a lifetime continuous study!

Suzumi Adams | | 夏盛りの暑さにもかかわらず 遠くから近くからお出で頂きました。
いつもどうり自由花のアレンジをしました。
お花を嗜んでいる人々は大抵考える事は同じです。
すでに美しい植物をもっと美しく見える様に出来るかというお花の心を持ってそれを小さな花器の中で自然に助けられ表現する事です。
人は誰しも花瓶にブーケを単に入れるだけでなく少しの間にしろ形をチェックすると思います。その小さい心使いがお花の心に通じると思います。
自然を敬い親しんでいればいけばなは誰にでも出来ます。お花に限らず何にしても練習第ーです。いけばなは－生かけても終わりのない勉強です。
参加者の皆さん楽しい時と美味しいスナックと飲み物ありがとう。
