| | Our March 28th Spring Tanka Workshop began with Zoom
It was successful because it was our 2nd tryout. some people's screens were little dark, but we had no problem with sounds.
Delightfully one new member has participated this Zoom workshop from Long Island and that made us stimulated.
The title was ( Sound-Oto )It was not necessary to use Oto or sound but one has to feel sound. One has to make one tanka by using the Sound or Oto. We began by paying tribute to people who suffered tragedy in Atlanta and Colorado. in the end of zoom meeting, everyone was very satisfyed with the event. I thank you so much for the Japanese Community Association's board officers who opened the account for zooming.

メンバーの方々は２回のZoomトライアルを経て、万全を期してのぞみましたので大成功！
スクリーンが暗く見えづらい方もいましたが声に問題は無く、何時も通り和気あいあいと進行。新しいメンバーの方もロングアイランドから参加して下さり他のメンバーには良い刺激となったようです。歌題は「音、おと、ね、おん」で熟語も使用しつつ心の底から湧き出るオリジナリティあふれる音( オノマトペなど)を詠いあげて頂きました。もちろん、音という字を使わなくても音を感じさせる歌でもかまいませんが歌題の「音」を使用し、最低１首を詠む事は良い練習になります。先ずは当時のマス・ショット( アトランタ、コロラド)の被害者に黙祷をささげてからスタートしましたが、開催後のチャットでは皆さんZoomが面白いと大満足でした。Zoomのアカウントを開いて下さったMHJCAのBODの方々に感謝します。
