Ulster County Office for Aging Seminar
On August 11, 2017, members of the Mid-Hudson Japanese Community Association and friends attended a Medicare information event hosted by the Office for the Aging at the Business Resources Center, 1 Development Court, Kingston. Eleanor Minsky, the Office for the Aging's Medicare Outreach Coordinator gave the presentation. Options, selection of Medicare programs were well presented as well as other programs offered
by the office. Participants were very pleased to find out solutions suited for their cirsumstances as we all get older and we will be
in under those government programs sooner or later. The preparation helps us to take in charge of our lives.
Future presentations in various counties MHJCA members, friends reside are considered by MHJCA.
Refreshments at the event were provided by MHJCA.
