08/10/24 Calligraphy Workshop at Gardiner Library

It was our surprise pleasure to have more participants than we were initially told, and I’m glad we were prepared with enough supplies to accommodate everyone. We have brought many different programs to this library in the past, and every time we’ve found that Gardiner’s local community is always enthusiastic to learn about Japanese culture. We were more than happy to add a calligraphy program to entertain them.

We look forward to introducing something new at the next invitation.

8月10日ガーディナーライブラリーでの習字ワークショップ

嬉しい事に今日のﾜｰｸｼｮｯﾌﾟには最初聞いていた予約人数より多くの方々に参加頂きました。少し一瞬慌てましたが皆さんを受け入れられるだけ十分な道具と材料を用意していたので良かったです。このライブラリーには過去に様々なプログラムを提供していて、ガーディナー地域の地元の方々が日本文化に大変興味を示されていることに気付いていたので、今回習字ﾌﾟﾛｸﾞﾗﾑを楽しんで頂いて大変光栄です。また次回呼んで頂いたら別の新しいﾌﾟﾛｸﾞﾗﾑをお持ち出来ることを楽しみにしています。
